Hey Mike,
Hope you are doing well! I just wanted to give you an update on my progress. I have been feeling really good the past few weeks; continue to do the strengthening exercises for my knees and continue walking/jogging. My weight is down and I have lost 51lbs!
I wanted to thank you soooo much for all your help, encouragement, wisdom and sincere caring manner that you showed to me over the past 8 months. I couldn’t have done this without you, and I truly do appreciate it!
