Hi Mike,
I wanted to say a big thank you for all your assistance this year and in the past. So, I have included a gift card to Antonio’s Restaurant. Perhaps you can take the staff out to lunch. I also wanted to mention what a helpful and terrific staff you have assembled. Always look forward to seeing, talking and working with everyone.
Hope to catch up with you in the future for something other than PT.
